Jill Razor Pro

Jill Pro is a dermaplaning razor system designed by DesignOther for Jill, developed as a more premium evolution of the original V1 razor while creating a refined, user-friendly at-home skincare experience. The system combines a reusable weighted razor handle with interchangeable blade options designed for different skin sensitivities and shaving preferences.

The project focused on elevating the overall product experience through a more premium design language, improved ergonomics, precision handling, and controlled blade geometry. The weighted handle provides a more balanced and stable feel during use, paired with a clean, minimal form language designed for comfort and usability. The protective cap also doubles as a resting stand for the razor, helping keep the blade elevated from countertop surfaces when not in use.

From early concept exploration through final production detailing, DesignOther worked closely with the Jill team to ensure the design met both aesthetic and manufacturing requirements. The result is a market-ready grooming tool that feels elevated and intentional — designed for everyday use and built for long-term brand success.
